Yet another champion that forces me to use quick cast

Technically new Morde is a rework but still. Back when the Nunu rework came out, I complained that it didn't make sense for his Snowballs to be on quick cast only since it was a skillshot and I needed to see the range of the ability, thankfully that got changed to normal cast. Once again I'm hoping Riot is reading because not having abilities like his Q on normal cast make him unplayable for me.
