Matchmaking is Trash

ok for one, in 3v3 me and 2 silver friends decided to 3 man, we vsed a 3 man all plat, i cant que up with plats so why can i vs them in game? also in flex que, im silver 1 but playing vs diamonds and plats, when my team is gold and silver, same thing happens in soloq one game im with golds the next i have 2 bronze on my team, matchmaking is a crap shoot this season, I WANT LONGER QUE TIMES RATHER THEN UNFAIR GAMES
