Game DCs in Loading screen every time but when i reconnect everything is fine

I'm having this problem lately from the 2 latest patches.I've been playing League smoothly without any computer problems from my PC or connectivity problems.But now i can't play a single game without DCing.My teammates cannot,CANNOT remake and most of the times i just reconnect and every thing is fine,but we lose the game anyway cuz i was missing.It's really frustrating and i have tried everything even reinstalling.I don't want to get banned so that's why i'm saying all this, lost my promos to Gold and im all the way back to 6 LP.Not only In ranked games,but in normal too.I will not continue League due to this problem but i might play it in a month or 2 to see if it is fixed.If anyone agrees pls write down
