I think there would be alot less raging

if Riot focused on eliminating trolls somehow.

Of course there are a few exceptions. there will always be that guy that rages at someone who is doing bad. I however RARELY come across that.

Instances I come across more is people INTENTIONALLY doing things such as, in champ select, a guy says " Only playing urgot, idc where." Nothing against urgot but he isnt exactly good. That person just right away brings out the rage in some because they know there game has a potential of being ruined because of urgot.

I'm sure you guys know many other ways people TROLL that incite rage.

PS.. PROMOTIONAL games have to be the most troll filled games I have ever played....
