Server move

Ever since the server move i cant even play a good game of league. My ping reaches up to around 5k ping alot of the time during a match and maybe if im lucky it goes down to 85 for a few seconds until it shoots right back up to the thousands. Leaveing me almost unable to move my champion or even play the game most of the time and it upsets me because league is one of the only ways help me relieve stress and now it just makes me more stressed going into a game thinking hopefully things will be different today. But overall they end the same ( high ping, barely being able play, and me letting down my team mates leaveing me in a depressing mood) please Riot Games do something.

if it jumped on to 5000 ping... that is your internet NOT the server

Same here; started happening to my roommate and I right after the server move.

Both my friend and I had ping jumping between perfectly playable (50) to 250 (two second delay for everything). Same game, lagging at the same time, but we live in two separate states and use different internet providers. There's no way it's us.

Same things happens to me I have no issues playing 8 other games, I didn't have any issues but occasional lag spikes and lagging before this chicago move... and I am in colorado, however I now frequently get massive lag spikes of 600-5000 ping when it settles and the few times I can play it does avg about 80ish though, however with more lag than not it is not playable at all. The game is totally unfun and unplayable to me now.

This was happening to my originally, it kind of went away for me though.

I think it has something to do with the ISP

Most ISP's do really like gamers, or massive downloads, they try to limit them by "throttling" the bandwidth. Since the Servers have move it is going to take some time to rebuild some of the network's dedicated lines this might take a few weeks most of the larger ISP's have already probably been done. This being said: Network Engineer's and Technicians never stop trying to improve the network... And sometimes you can help them by sending usage and internet reports. even things as small as pings.
