I really hope riot doesn't overlook cinderhulk

i don't hate cinderhulk, it just doesn't fulfill its purpose. this item will not last. it's better to rework it sooner than later, and it's really not that complicated.
the simple fact is: it's proven to be an item for fighters who want a burst of hp and extra efficiency on further HP items such as rylais, bc, or titanic hydra, not for tanks.
there is no cooldown reduction, armor, or tenacity. once you take the heavy AoE damage aspect of this item and twist it into a detrimentally weaker version of sunfire cape, tanks' use of it is heavily diminished.
a much more suitable item for tanks is an item that enables faster clear speeds, but gives them a burst of actual tank stats as opposed to a chunk of health. runeglaive is a different problem but i'll save that for another thread.
along the lines of what cinderhulk SHOULD be, similar to remade spirit of the ancient golem:
Cinderhulk
+400 HP +40 Armor +10% Cooldown Reduction (very important)
UNIQUE - Tenacity: The duration of crowd control is reduced by 35%.
UNIQUE - Pest Control: Deals 30 + (1.2 × level) magic damage per second to nearby monsters.
confirmed great idea and needed change by every pro jungler in north america!
