Update Pulsefire Ezreal!

Its my favourite skin! He looks super nice on spalsh art, but in game he is not that good. Just look at DJ Sona, Elementalist Lux or Spirit Guard Udyr! Its my opinion but this skin isn't valuable Ultimate Skin :C He needs only model update, and nothing else. Riot please care.
