Please buff Viktor even if it's a little

I think Viktor is in need of a more so QOL buff seeing as how not even the best Viktor builds on average break a 50% win rate, it takes almost 50 minutes to even break that win rate, and he feels pretty tedious to play. I mean maybe increase the range of his Q and/or E, give his W a grounding effect because it's for the most part pretty bad with how relatively small it is and so many people have mobility that it doesn't mater or make it stun faster with either a smaller slow or smaller stun time, and make it so his first upgrade is 1000 gold again seeing as how lost chapter is a thing that cost 1100 but gives cdr,mana, and ap right away yet Viktor needs his E upgrade to actually do much in terms of farming and damage plus maybe make it so you get cdr for finishing the item cause it feels bad that you have to spend more gold to get some ap and mana compared to the other mages. Please consider this message as I want him to at least be fun to play as vs stressful.
