item 2055 item 3341 hard nerf teemo, but new rework to.

This spell early mid and late game is just a Crazy Pet..

Plz rework that, little up or just change this spell is possible? Sorry for my english. summoner 4

Well it's because he does have strenghs that does need to be compensated, like Shen does with his kit for exemple

Teemo got nerfed multiple times during the past 5 years (only the change to his shrooms to be able to be thrown did him good. But now Yasuo can blow them away with his wall witch is frustrating) but season 7 was the biggest hit. item 3341 item 2055 make me as a Teemo main very sad, also items like item 3814 and item 3147 are more indirect nerfs to him. He gets weaker and weaker every year. It's not fun when someone is able to turn off your ulti with a FREE item (or 75 gold ward). Teemo needs buffs. Other then skins, RIOT is not giving him any love. And in the same time, new champions with crazy kits and numbers are being released/reworked. More and more Teemo mains are giving up and I'm going in this direction too, I feel overwhelmed with the nerfs and new champs.
