So can we buff GP now that you nerfed him after worlds?

He scales alot less than any top laner now... farming is a nightmare unless the enemy is braindead, and his Damage on his barrels are just terrible now... if anyone has tips that prove me wrong.... please do. because so far it seems that riot just wanted to Milk what they could for worlds and then threw him away.
