So I love Gragas, I use to play him mid all the time and till the w nerf I used him as a support to great effect (Haven't tried since). Where should I take him in his current state? I don't want those skins to go to waste.
You realize that he is pretty much S tier jungler right now right?
Gragas is still the best jungler in the game.
Jungle or Mid with 
He can go mid, but there's better champs for the role. He can go jungle, but there are better champs for the role. He can also go top/support, but there are better champs for the roles.
I used to play him a lot too, now I don't play him at all ;P
Go jungle........hes capable of being picked top and maybe mid (if u have alot of confidence) because hes decent against some melee matchups.
I see hi m a lot while watching LCS mostly tank jungle but fun to watch.
He's a jungler bruh.

I still see him a bit of everywhere except for adc. But he's picked jungle 90% of the time.
If you like him and want to go mid with him there's absolutely nothing preventing you from doing so.
He goes to the bar.
He can work well in multiple positions, he's a strong jungler, a good tank top, he still works mid if you know what you do, the early lane still is strong and his roams are massive, and he also still works well as support.
Jungle is his strognest role atm, but he works well enough in other positions.
Should I focus on tank or ap? Or a hybrid of both?
To be fair as support he can do a lot of damage with his w (Not as much as before) and tank a good deal, also if you go the ap support item you can easily rack up the cash with the q (Not sure if its a good idea since ya kinda need him tanky)
