Passive: Icathian Hunger

Kog'maw's basic attacks deal 75% damage (including on-hits). After being attacked by Kog'maw, the target has a stacking debuff applied that causes HP equal to (15/20/25/30/35/40/45% of the attack's damage) to be marked as Dissolved over 6 seconds.

After a dissolved enemy hasn't taken damage from Kog'maw for 12 seconds, half their Dissolved HP is recovered, while the other half is lost. This occurs over 4 seconds.

Kog'maw gains 1% movement speed towards enemy champions for every 1% of their current HP that is Dissolved

Partially dissolved enemies who take damage lose non-dissolved HP first.

Q: Caustic Spittle 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 second CD, 80 mana

First activation: Kog'maw builds up stomach acid in his mouth for up to 2.5 seconds, losing the ability to attack. Second Activation: Kog'maw releases a ball of putrid fluids in a line (350-1000 range), dealing between 20/40/60/80/100 (+.15 AP) and 60/100/140/180/220 (+.65 AP) magic damage in a 275 AoE around the first unit struck. All enemies hit have their armor and MR reduced by 15/20/25/30/35% and are afflicted by a decaying 30/35/40/45/50% slow for 5 seconds.

W: Concentrated Bile 24/22/20/18/16second CD, 55 mana

For the next 7 seconds, Kog'maw's attacks gain 50/75/100/125/150 range, 10/20/30/40/50% attack speed, and cause their targets HP to Dissolve over 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds instead of the normal 6.

E: Living Artillery 4 second CD, 40 mana After a brief delay, Kog'maw deals 50/60/70/80/90 (+.3 AP) magic damage in a target area (150 radius, 1000 range). Deals double damage to champions, doubled again against champions who have only dissolved HP to lose.

Each cast increases the mana cost of this spell by 40 for 12 seconds, up to 400 at max.

R: Feed 50/35/20/5 second CD, no cost

passive: In addition to HP being dissolved based on the damage of the attack, targets being dissolved have 0/2/3/4% of their maximum HP dissolved each second. The range of Living Artillery is increased by 0/200/500/800

Kog'maw attempts to eat a target enemy (250 range), causing all of their Dissolved HP to be lost in addition to dealing (100% AD) magic damage and applying on hit effects. Kog'maw heals for 15% of the HP consumed over 5 seconds, double if they were killed.

Feed is learned automatically at level 1 without the need for a skill point.
