Keystone Questions

So I just read about Perxie one of the Keystones shown in the Ruins Reforged page http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/features/coming-preseason-runes-reforged

I have a question about Perxie. <quote> Perxie Your attacks and abilities send Perxie to a target. Perxie shields allies by 40 - 120 based on level (+0.3AP or +0.3 bonus AD) or damages enemies for 10 + 40 based on level (+0.1AP or +0.15 bonus AD). Perxie cannot be sent out again until she returns to you. </quote>

So how will this work with Nami Heal? It bounces from Enemy to Ally or from Ally to Enemy in ONE cast.

Will Nami get to use both aspects of Perxie (a bonus for playing Nami) or will it only work on the first target (ally or foe)?
