WTF IS WRONG WITH MY CUSTOM HUD?????????

I have dixlixea so there will be a lot of spelling mistakes so bare with me. I down load a custom HUD I liked the look of, off "Deviant Art" and it coverd up the little picture of your charictor next to your AP, AD, CDR, ect. All I know is that the texture that is supost to be apled to the AD, AP, CDR box but is instead being applied to the picture. I did all the right steps to apply the HUD, I tried this with sevril difrerent HUDs and I got the same results evry time. Plz help !!
