Anybody else noticing Irelia's Equilibrium Strike is STUNNING champs regardless of their HP in relation to hers?

Nothing I have seen. You might be experiencing being on equal hp as her and then get dropped to lower hp by her e. That still stuns. Also remember that the comparison is made when the attack lands and before it does damage.

EDIT: Also wrong board... when will people learn this.....
