We should really get team builder back soon, in my opinion.

Maybe its just me, but I'm starting to get tilted from the word "go" if my champ gets banned, picked by someone else first, banned by my own team, and I can never play newer champs that I want to play. My client loads blind pick WAY too slowly (my ping is fine). Draft is a roll of the dice. If I don't get first pick and the specific champion I want to play doesn't get banned, there's usually a 50%-100% chance I won't get to play that champ. It's also a hell of an anxiety attack.
