Fix the Secondary Role

Please RIOT make it so that people that choose support as a secondary get it maybe 40% of the time. I feel if you do this that the system will be less flawed. With a guarantee to get your main role 60% of the time I promise more people will play secondary support and fix the low support que. I main mid but my second best role is support. I belive a lot of players are this way with support being their second best and more would que support if this problem was addressed.
