New Gameplay Mode: Factions

I was just thinking of a cool concept for a game play mode that I don't think Riot has ever done.

Factions: Players select a faction and are queued into that group. In champion select all champion who are allies with that faction or members of that faction are available to play. You play against your factions enemy or their allies enemy.
Does this make sense? Let me know what you guys think?
