Killing with Veigar is now an act of luck

All that caracterized Veigar is gone. All he does is dodged ; no more surprising effect. Killing with Veigar is now more like an act of luck. It makes me so sad how Riot damaged him. He was one of my favorite ; now I regret I bought him and his skins. :(

Please Riot, bring him back pre-5.4
