Riot bullox ranked matching

How come everytime i play a normal game i carry hard as a sup and the team actually plays like a team. But as soon i enter ranked mode, the team just runs arround 1v5 and dossnt use their brains.

Is the Ranked turned normal mode and normal mode actually turned ranked mode or what the hell is going on???

I see so many ppls running ranked with ebay accounts and they really dont even know what the teamplay is about. Actually accours more in ranked than in Normal mode.

Riot maby you should create some qualification steps to enter ranked mode for all players? something like play as a team and not just get carryed by 1 player.
