Champion capsules make me sad

They give me champions shards that i dont need cause i own everyone...sure they give me BE but i still have no use for BE other than just waiting out months later for a new champion an even then by that time im pretty sure i could have the essence for a new one

what are the capsules actually giving me? what am i actually being rewarded with for leveling up? atm nothing

hell even hextech chests seem to give me champion shards an BE over anything else
