Fiddles is unbelievably useless.

Fiddles is insanely outdated, and without question the weakest jungler in the game.

His kit.. revolves around team fighting assuming you some how get farm, and items, which is nearly impossible in this current junlge patch considering you have zero scaling on jungle clearance. I was level 13 relying on protbelt to clear wolves within 10 seconds. Any other jungler will always be 100 farm up on you by the end of the game... make a change on the E similar to leblanc or ryze to fix his wave clear issues.
