How about change steraks shield to be like old relic shield

Make it scale off a mix of bonus AD and bonus health similar to the damage component of aftershock. So it is still okay on tanks and supports who would want the effect back but still also good on bruiser, assuming riot is still planning on changing the AD increase from percent base to flat bonus.
