Lets talk about YASUO with no bias

First off I would like to say I like his kit and props to the dev team to give such a fluid champ. What I would like to understand is determining his strengths throughout a game. Whenever I play against a yasuo in lane and my jungler asks me how strong he is to set up a gank, I cannot judge his strength. Probably the first few levels I can determine, but after one complete item, he becomes so much volatile as far as scaling goes. No matter if he is 2/10 in lane the first 15mins. I cannot assure my jungler its safe to gank. His crit modifiers are very unclear in terms of his strength when you look at him as his opponent. Even if a yasuo is on my team I do not get to judge his capability to team fight if we consider to engage on enemy and finish game.

He is one champ thats either All In or Bust kind. One kill, one fight and one misplay by enemy and he suddenly becomes relevant. That makes no sense in terms of gameplay. Again I would like to iterate that I am not complaining, but I want to understand his strengths in game as his opponent/teammate
