I know that I'm such a noo8z, but yeah. Self explanatory. I was looking at her stats and found that her maxed W with ROA (unstacked) will do somwhere around 450 damage at a 7 second cd. I'm wondering if she might be played top sometime in the future. Thoughts?

Don't worry about catching flack for suggesting top Sejuani, she gets made fun of for trying to play any role.
At least you don't play her as support, like I do.
The problem with top lane is so many champions who go up there have sustain, which is a major problem for sejuani. Catalyst could be enough, but I have doubts it will keep you as healthy as the people you will be facing. If you try it please post your results, I'd be interested in hearing how it works.
She can be played as an AP mid so I guess she could go top as well. I'm not sure how she matches up though.

get lvl6 buy dfg, use dfg and eat whatever it is that you used dfg on
Laning Sejuanni tends to be pretty awful.
The most successful ones play her mid with a DFG and heavy AP build since if she lands a good ultimate she can destroy entire team fights.
