The old LB was more balanced than this piece of crap, her E seemed harder to hit and dealt less damage, she could only waveclear with her W and only a piece of the wave, with the assasin rework you just have to Q W and the whole fucking wave is gone.

I'd rather be deleted by a Q R than be fucking snared to death with no fucking counterplay.

At least the bitch fell off late game, now she's deleting fucking tanks with only ( It's not like you're gonna reach late game with her lmao)

She's a kite mage with no counterplay that deletes everyone slowly and you can't do shit about it.

Old Leblanc was > Burst Assasin that deleted everyone with spells compared to 's range except she had mobility and doesn't have an AOE stun, had roaming potential but couldn't push hard enough because her wave clear was meh so she couldn't go to bot lane without her lane getting pushed.

New LB is > If I snare you and I'm above lv 6 you're fucked, I'll kill you push the wave, roam bot, get a doble kill, 1st tower, surrender at 20 .
