Autofill protection at 0 lp

In high elo autofill is fairly frequent and is a pain to deal with, but is probably necessary to prevent 20-30 min queue times. However, it can be very frustrating to demote due to autofill, since that is like an extra odd stacked against you. Would it be possible to implement autofill protection at 0 lp if youre in danger of demotion (Not during your grace period when you just got promoted)? To me it seems logical since it guarantees you won't get handicapped while in danger of demotion. I mean autofill protection is already enabled for promotion series, probably cuz Riot wants you to do your best and not get screwed by autofill in those important games. So why not enable it in 0 lp cases too, since winning that game is also very important?

ok so you want it not to auto fill you when you are at 0 lp ? but what about the 4 others on your team? what about the enemy team?

ok but what about prior to season 6 when we had draft mode pick order for rank games? where last picks typically had to fill a role because the 1st 3 picks got the roles they wanted cuz of pick order... every game someone had to fill as the last pick . so how is that different?
