Counterplay

So i know everyone thinks rengar is unhealthy bc he lacks counterplay but let me ask you a question. Have you ever played against a warwick ? Zero counterplay. "Buy qss" isnt really a feasible thing on an ap carry bc for some strange reason there is no ap equivalent. So whats the difference ?
