Dr.Mundo Passive rework

Mundo need new passive but don't worry Mundo got idea Mundo likes causing pain and misery so Mundo should get maximum health heal for when he does x damage to big sissies the Mundo heal can be multiplied by damage Mundo does to himself Mundo can't get the healed by damaging Mundoself but it will multiply the heal if Mundo able to do enough damage to large monsters/champions. This change would help Mundo spread pain and misery and have better sustain in lane and jungle unless he can't go up to trade but Mundo no big sissy. -Dr.Mundo

-Tl:dr (Without Mundo first person I'm sorry I had to) Im basically saying a passive that he does x damage to a champion or large monster in x amount of time heals him for x maximum health this maxium health heal can be multiplied based off damage he does to himself by x based off x.
