can you steal or destroy an enemy iverns buff orb?

i think it would be kindof broken if the purple side top laner or blue side bot laner are just always guaranteed the second red buff when they just walk into range to pick it up.

same goes for ad assassins on mid lane picking up red buff.

personally, i dont like the range of the pickup at all. it should work more like the rift herald buff item that can be stolen when you place yourself on top of it. or at least destroyed.

his teammates also shouldnt just get the buff by walking into the large area. they should be required to really walk on top of it.

otherwise it can heavily skew the balance of these lanes, considering how powerful especially red buff can be in the solo or duo lane.

i really would rather not have walking into lane with red buff, without being able to deny it to her at all.
