dynamic Q poll

I confess that I actually LIKE dynamic queue.

not that I think it's superb amazing, I think it does need improving. but if it takes them a year to develop a new ladder/ranking system, well I can wait for that and I'll play the whole time.

although I do want to hear official statements from riot in the mean time of course.

but, I've been having a lot of fun lately. It could be the ashe rework or the maokai buffs, but TBH it's the shift toward rewarding team plays that has happened lately.

perhaps it isn't dynamic queue per se, but it has contributed to this.
