Why is there not a queue to fill in for AFKs?

Is there any reason outside of technical issues with the spaghetti code and client this game runs on to not work on developing this?

Why would I want to queue for that when entering the game:

  1. I have no clue what champion I will be getting into
  2. No clue what role I will be playing
  3. No clue what items I will have (afk raged and bought 5 zeals on Lux?)
  4. No clue how much money I will have
  5. No clue what allies I will have
  6. No clue about how much longer I have in the game
  7. No clue how even the game currently is

Why should there be? I wouldn't want to fill some guy that was gone and lose with the team for him. That's just stupid

interesting idea. Presuming you want this to apply to ranked games, though, reasonable and neccessary limts on it though, should be:

  1. has to wait until ranked teambuilder

  2. needs to give the person a CHOICE about joining, by showing the team comp and score (including turrets) first.

Teambuilder ranked would be so nice- chose your role and get auto-matched.

Go play Call of Duty and you're understand why. People feed, leave, and then someone joins in and doesn't like that they're not in a fresh match.

Not to mention it's unfair in ranked/draft because you'll be able to see what champions your opponents are playing and pick a counter.
