brand or talon

so, i have 5000ip and was wandering whether to get brand or talon, both their burst damages are amazing and so are their combos. My only thougs are that brand needs to land a combo before he can deal mega damage and talon has to get up close to them, so they are invunerable to him in turret range. brand is more for damage whilst talon is for getting up close and 'cut-throating' them.

They both have their strengths. Brand can be built to burst, or if they have a huge frontline, you can build to melt tanks. With talon, you're ONLY as burst assassin.
