@Riot Will There Be a Gold Income Boost Rune?

I ask for the sake of the more casual "More Money" strats on characters like GP who have gold income boosts themselves. I just think it's fun in Normal Draft and Blind Pick to bust out the ol' Bankplank every once and a while, and I want to know if Bankplank is about to get KO'd by Runes Reforged.
