Let Mord target enemies with his W

Add the ability to target enemies, remove the ability to target allies, allow him to re-form his ghostly shape around the metal he's tossed onto an enemy.

Basically just leave the armor buff and AoE, but turn it into an Ivern Q that only Mord can use.
