Brand is Broken

He looks playable too me. I was able to load him up in a champ selection and play a full game with him. Seems playable/functional.
So no, he is not broken.
How often you play Brand before now? Most Brand players I know, myself included, would revert to old Brand in a heartbeat and care very little for the new garbage. Broken? Lol
