Riot cmon!

So i climbed silver IV from silver V and now when i win i get 19 LP my MMR is not that low to get so litlle LP i farm,good do nice scores and i checked my MMR is Between Silver 4 and silver 5 i win the most of the games and i ClimbMyElo! and i still get that litlle LP.
