Dragon Buff.

Now that dragons are all rng based you can get completely screwed.... good job riot, love the idea. so now when i get three air drags i get 45 move speed out of combat that's so great.... like mise well just build a ludens or have the support play janna and its 3000 times better. dragon change is completely rng based and thus now completely useless. so i can be ahead in a game and get some move speed love it.... OR like im going to do damage to towers or epic monsters when the enemy team is pushing down my mid inhib tower. this change is the craziest change i have ever seen. like skill wins games but no i can be screwed with rng... love this idea
