i mean. i guess quinn can go thunderlords, but why wouldnt she go 18/12 with warlords with her crit scaling?

otherwise the entire first team is made up of casters, except kallista. what else are they going to take? illaoi could go with grasp of the undying but considering that she doesnt auto attack much, its not more attractive than thunderlords.

i feel like the problem is less thunderlords, but more that there is only 1 real keystone for casters, with carries basically hogging the entire ferocity tree, having 2 options for keystones.

They're buffing Thunderlord's for AD champions while simultaneously nerfing it for AP champions due to a bug fix...Like...Do AD champions really need more appealing Keystones?

because it baits noobs into picking shitty masteries so i can kick their face in.

Agreed. Honestly I don't think there was a reason to buff it to the 20 second cd.

I don't understand why would illaoi gp corki Quinn and talon go down the cunning tree. There is absolutely nothing for them down there. Much better to go with ferocity warlords on gp Quinn and corki and fervor dft on illaoi and talon. Thunderlords decree is not even good on them. It's good on people with burst combos, like velkoz xerath veigar etc not to mention these champions want the cunning tree for the cdr
