A change I would like to see for Singed's ult

For the duration of Singed's ult, enemies take 1.25% more poison damage per second they are in his poison trail.

A simple and small buff, to put a little bit oomph into his ultimate.

To clarify: A maximum would be 31.25% bonus damage for the final tick of Singed's poison, provided that they've been in his poison for the entire duration of Singed's ult.
