Brand - We're pulling the Brand changes that have been in testing for 7.16.

RIOT: Still looking to do a bit of work on Brand at some point, see if we can make him a better choice in mid lane, rather than being as skewed towards a support as he is. Changes we've been testing don't hit the mark in terms of intuitiveness and feeling natural on Brand (bit too mechanical).
