So I was playing a game of league today when a rengar ulted on me and one shotted me, so yeah that happened about 6 times in one game, electrocute seems a little overturned to me I don’t mind the rest of the runes I’m just having awful games when people run electrocute and run around the map one shotting anyone they see.
You died 4 times* and he was super fed? Yeah, that happens.
AD assassins in general are just really strong right now. Rengar seems particularily broken with his fast rotation, high-scaling AoE, the CC-cleanse in his kit, and the Root. He's got a lot more utility than many other assassins.
Also, it might be my imagination, but it seems like some champions are capable of proccing Electrocute with only two instances of attacks or abilities, while Lux can't pull the old thunderlords trick by landing a skill and proccing her passive. I've got some hunch that there's some arbitrary thing that allows certain procs that count towards the limit, while preventing others.
