My Client Froze in Champ Select

So my client was already acting goofy when I got into champ select (animations were off, things weren't loaded properly) and then when it was my turn to pick a champion it completely froze and was unresponsive. So of course, I went to task manager to close out of the client and reopened it, and now I have a time penalty and lost LP for "dodging."

Is there anything I can do about this or is it one of those " shrug sucks to suck, better luck next time" kind of things?
