Revert Akali Please

I know I'm probably the millionth Akali player to say this but this "rework" has completely ruined Akali. Her kit just does not work.

The passive has a healing strike first which doesn't make much sense. Akali is known for a burst trade in lane and the first hit heals and the second hit is a damage strike. And if it's not used then it goes away. So that forces predictability into her kit and lane phase. If she wants that damage she'll use a heal strike on a minion and then she'll try to attack. This can be easily avoided and then punished which hampers her lane heavily and she wasn't great in lane 1-5 historically.

The New W is awful. The lack of cast range on it is stifling to Akali's gameplay. It feels really stilted and clunky. It's now solely used as a quick port rather than its number of other uses previously where she didn't have to be inside the cloud when it goes down. The 0.5 second global cooldown is also a very constricting design decision. She cannot use her spells... ... ... after using one of her spells. Akali is being **punished **for using a part of her kit. I'm still trying to find the logic behind that because literally no other champion with a blink, short ranged or otherwise, has that restriction. Not even Shaco who does the exact same thing with Q. There's no rhyme or reason for it. It breaks the flow of Akali's entire spell chain. Its offensive capability is cut because you are forced to wait for every cooldown. It's frustrating to use in trades, chase downs, and escapes; you end up completely gimped of all spells for half a second which is a lot of time in League. It needs to be reverted back to its old function just to give Akali creative choice as to how to use it, it was fine then.

The new E is also bad. The lane trading mechanic and increased scaling added to it doesn't compensate for the increased cooldown. It still does physical damage, which you do not spec into. And with the Lethality changes you really don't get much out of using it. You have to kill a minion to reduce the cooldown. Which gives incentive to manage waves and trades, but it's really gimmicky. And it loses post-lane/late game spammability. Previously she could ~~Proc Q with it and have decent lane trading power and then ~~ spam it more in lane as trade damage and slowly chip down her kills. Now she needs to be near a minion to get a reduction in cd. Which completely hampers her use outside of lane unless she's ganking the jungler at Raptors or Krugs. And that reset doesn't come into play at late game team fights at all. She'll be able to use it maybe once in a fight and as mentioned before it's a physical damage spell that just doesn't do much to begin with.

The recurring theme with her rework is restricting her spell cooldowns. As shown with her ultimate, Shadow Dance. She gets 3 stacks immediately which is nice but she has a 2 second cd between dashes. Again, something solely unique to Akali. A stack/reset system that isn't spammable. After one dash she's forced to use her botched kit to kill (which doesn't kill) within that 2 second window. And when she inevitably gets counter attacked she has to use W and wait .5 seconds on every spell that wasn't previously on cd. And the damage nerf is unnecessary. 50/100/150 with a .25 scaling. She does less with a level 3 ultimate than Diana with a level 2 ultimate. With the 2 second cd added to it the damage nerf was just beating a dead horse.

The assassin rework was supposed to bring Assassins back into the game with fun playability and counterplay in mind Leblanc , but Akali seems to be that special flower. She was redesigned solely to be countered. She counters herself at the select screen. She's not fun to play at all. She actually feels draining. Riot can we please just revert her to being what she was? We'll work with it.
