Season 6 is almost over and this bug has still not been fixed

How long you have until the next charge, you only see that timer when you have 0 wards in your slot I'm not sure exactly when it came about, all I know that it's been there for a VERY long time and it feels like Riot just doesn't care Vision system already got screwed when we lost green wards, and on top of that, we have no way of reliably tracking how many we'll have in an alloted time frame. At the very least a statement that this will be fixed would be great.
