Nerf Conquerer: Fix Issues with Champs like Riven

As the title says, Riven wasn't an issue (at least as I could see) until Conq became overtuned and overpowered. Simply make it like Fervor where it increases your AD on autos only, OR make it where it does the true damage on Autos only. There's no reason champs should be able to run it and be high damage nukers with true damage. Going against a Riven when I'm a tank and all of a sudden taking 800 true damage from her spells isn't fun.
