Ranked Games

Okay, I always play ranked and it's very frustrating to play with a team who are lagging and leaving the game. I find it stupid. Let me tell you about me 2 most recent games during promos. First I played with a Yasuo top who can't handle the enemy champ. After 3 deaths, he left the game out of the blue. ended up losing. Next game was about a premade of 3. In the beginning, I was wondering why and how all 3 lanes were feeding. They informed us that they were all lagging because playing in the same room. Guest what, also lost that one, gg. Pretty sure I'm not the only one getting annoyed because of these issues, and pretty sure I'm not the only one who can't rank up because of them. Oh well. Since I'm a nice guy I can give you guys idea to prevent these "catastrophies".

• For those who leaves the game and not returning to game in 5-10 minutes, riot should be able to ban them temporarily from playing ranked and or lose twice as much lp .
• Riot should make an internet connection check (button) for individuals or group prior to playing ranked (and or other game modes). If they not meet the connection requirement they would not be able to join the queue. (Pretend there's 3 in a premade so riot checks their connection if they'll be able to play a 5 vs 5 game without lagging or little lag that won't affect the run of their game)
