What am I supposed to think?

Played a game tonight that was, all things considered, a pretty tight game. The back and forth was great. It was a real skills-based who could think quickest.

Except for top lane. This dude (jax) gave it up to Yorick so hard that mid and bot had towers up and Yorick was in our base. Jax ended the game with what was essentially a death every two minutes. I'm fine chalking this up to a bad game and move on except that I looked the guy up between matches. Win or lose, this guy averaged just under TWELVE DEATHS A GAME FOR 20 GAMES.

I'd like to know, give that he's been allowed to fuck up 20 games, how anyone considers Ranked a skills-based match. I'd like to know how we're expected to take the punishment system seriously, and I'd love to know, seeing as how this monster is allowed to roam free, how anyone is supposed to climb. If he can thrive in game, it seems anyone can. It's gross, and I don't get why it's allowed to happen.
