AFK issue

So played a ranked game where 3 players went afk in the first 5 mins and did not return (jungle and botlane) I know the quote " YOU GOTTA CARRY" HOW? 2v5. So after the game I thought the loss would not affect my ranked W/L LP etc, but nope it did.
Can we PLEASE riot do something about the AFK issue? I know you can't really do much about the players who afk (ban them all or send them to the THE DIMENSION OF PURE CHAOS but if 3 players afk and you lose, the loss should not count against you.
So lets put on our "THINKING CAPS and actually do something about this" If you took more time in fixing real problems and not putting your time on Chest things and keys stuff maybe this would not be an issue but just a thought.
If you just reward the (good people) and not fix the stupid shitt sooner or later there won't be any (good people left) no.. You will just have a bunch of people who go into ranked and Feed on purpose knowing there won't be any repercussions.
AFK issue If more than 1 player AFK 5 mins before the game is ended the lose does not count against the team with the AFK
