Madreds and Spirit Stone should not work together.

I don't think that Spirit Stone and Madreds should work together at all. I think you should have to rely on your champions base clear speed, and to increase that you should have to heavily invest into it by buying damage focused items.

And it shouldn't be possible to solo dragon with it either.
